October is the month with the appearance of precipitation, as we slowly and gradually approach the winter and the temperature is getting cooler. One new festival, that easily became our favourite, and will be hearing a lot more in the future. A live performance from one of the hottest duos in electronic music, which we were expecting for years. And a special day to celebrate love and companionship with my significant other!
AL.FESTIVAL undoubtedly is aspiring to be Berlin’s most prominent gathering of the contemporary WANA (West Asia and North Africa) music and art scene. With three stages, in a very carefully curated lineup that features music for everyone. An outdoor bazaar area, with plenty of designers and food stalls from the WANA regions, and last but not least a general approach of acceptance, diversity, and no trace of any discrimination!
After a long waiting due to covid, Bicep Live was an electrifying experience. From the moment the lights went down, the duo took the stage and as the beats started to drop, the entire crowd began to move in unison. The flashing lights and immersive projections transport you to another universe, so much colourful. There's an undeniable sense of connection between the Belfast duo and the audience, a shared love for the music that drives the entire experience.
It has been nine years since I found my soulmate, Dora! In those nine years, we have been through our share of highs and lows, but we have faced them all together, as a team. I have watched my partner grow into an incredible person, achieving great things, and constantly inspiring me with her strength and determination. We have celebrated many milestones together, but this one feels particularly special. Let’s raise a glass to toast to nine years of love, gratitude, and companionship.
