As usual, December is a magical time filled with festive cheer and twinkling lights. The city comes alive with Christmas markets, and dazzling decorations, creating a picturesque winter wonderland for visitors and locals. Other than that, the Christmas holidays are a great opportunity to spend some quality time and get some good sleep!
Despite the chill in the air, we did the usual walk in the Christmas market, admiring various handcrafted goods, traditional treats, and of course the warm scent of mulled wine. Embracing the enchanting ambiance of the season, the Christmas decorations of the house were lit (best advent calendar ever)!
Leisurely walks in the Mitte, going to the movies, and visiting small bars in the neighborhood, it was fun. Chilling out at the house for binge-watching, video games marathon, and creating some new cocktails as we were planning the future, was something else!
The New Year’s Eve celebration was very calm and peaceful. We had a small change to our initial plans, but the outcome was better. After all the idea is to appreciate the moment and be grateful for what you have, right? Some good wine, some good food, some great music, and the ones that you love are all you need!
